Armed response
Passion security has a reliable fleet of tactical response vehicles branded with state-of-the-art GPS live tracking. The security team will be in constant contact with our control room so that responses can be effective and with accordance of our policy and our customers instructions.
The armed response team are area based which allows us to respond effectively to a call out which will ensure a quick resolution to the end customer. High visibility in a dedicated area is a priority and close attention are paid to our sites. Higher visibility will discourage criminals which will result in a safer community.
24-hour Monitoring and Response
Our control room manned by experienced, skilled controllers will monitor our clients’ alarms and panic systems via a radio transmitter. When an alarm is activated, a signal will be sent to our control room. The vehicle is dispatched and will contact the client telephonically. The controller will verify the pin and if incorrect the call will be treated as a duress situation.
If the pin is correct the vehicle response will be cancelled. When the response officer is deployed to the business or home address, the officer will gain access via prior arranged means. Depending on the severity of the circumstances the officer will call for back up and SAPS response if required. The response officer will feedback to the controller and the controller will contact the client with feedback.
Bodyguards and VIP escorts
Passion security will provide high end escorts for VIP’s and anyone who needs to be escorted by armed guards.
Our staff will be equipped with panic alerts so in the event we need back up.
